Preorder cancellations

Ultimate Studs UI Pack — Founding Edition is a digital preorder, expected to launch in early October 2026. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before the digital files are delivered.

How to request a refund

Use the contact form at avalontemplates.com/pages/contact. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

Delays or cancellation

If the launch is delayed, we will notify you by email, provide a revised delivery estimate, and offer the choice to continue waiting or receive a full refund. If Avalon cancels the pack, all unfulfilled preorders will receive a full refund.

After digital delivery

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if the files cannot be accessed, are defective, or materially differ from the product description. We will help resolve the issue or provide a refund if we cannot. No physical return is required for digital products.
